Our 2024 highlight would have to be opening the doors to our new multi-million-dollar state of the art Clubhouse. After great success at our Clubhouse opening in late October, it’s become the new social and recreational spot for our homeowners.
Member for Hervey Bay Adrian Tantari, Councillor George Seymour, Mayor of Fraser Coast Regional Council, and Rob Nichols, Serenitas CEO cut the ribbon to our new Clubhouse, with Nichols announcing that “Today is a momentous occasion for Thyme Hervey Bay and especially its homeowners as we open the doors to this this multi-million-dollar Clubhouse”.
Homeowners can expect that our new resort facility will provide ample opportunity to connect all our residents together. The Clubhouse is privy to sweeping views of the resorts lake and nature reserve which offers up fantastic opportunity for them to wine and dine in the alfresco dining area with a view. In addition to outdoor dining spaces there’s also a firepit and bowling green allowing for various mingling spots to be enjoyed at all hours of the day.
Inside homeowners will be able to enjoy an extensive array of luxurious facilities including a coffee lounge, private bar, sport bars, ten pin bowling, cinema, library and arts and craft studio. Serenitas CEO Rob Nichols says “The range of facilities now on offer to our homeowners are world class and I can’t wait to see how this will help elevate and cultivate the already thriving community culture."
Our new Clubhouse will ensure that homeowners around the resort have more opportunities to connect and foster community with one another. Whether over a quiet coffee in the lounge or a boisterous game of darts in the sports bar, we hope our new Clubhouse provides the perfect hub for connection.
