Thyme Lifestyle Resort Hervey Bay has officially started work on our new multimillion-dollar state-of-the-art Clubhouse as part of our health and wellbeing focus for homeowners.
Fraser Coast Deputy Mayor Paul Truscott, and Serenitas CEO Rob Nichols, joined in to turn the first sod on civil works for the new Clubhouse at Thyme Hervey Bay last week, in what will be a welcome boost for regional jobs. They were also accompanied by homeowners who will get to enjoy the new facilities once the Clubhouse opens next year.
Serenitas CEO Rob Nichols said, “We are excited to start work on this world-class Clubhouse, as it is a significant milestone in providing our homeowners with opportunities to socialise and access the superb recreational facilities. The Clubhouse will be the focal point to connect the Thyme Hervey Bay community, acting as an extension of their own homes where friends and family will be welcomed in style at this beautiful coastal location.”
“Our focus is on creating a vibrant, active and engaging community, building on the many benefits already on offer thanks to the resort’s close proximity to the lively coastal town centre of Hervey Bay, the beach, coastal walks and exciting local destinations such as Fraser Island. We appreciate that Australians are placing greater value on making the most of life and our investment in this lifestyle resort makes it possible for many to own a home in a beautiful coastal location with all the active and social benefits of a connected community.”
The new Clubhouse is perfectly positioned to overlook the resort’s lake and protected nature reserve, enticing homeowners to catch up with friends in the alfresco dining space, coffee lounge or private bar; play darts, billiards, ten pin or grass bowls; and enjoy movies in the cinema. It will also include a library and arts and craft studio.
“We have set out to create a world-class clubhouse in its design and function. Specifically, what will make the Thyme Clubhouse a premier destination for our homeowners is the spectacular sweeping views it will offer over the lake and nature reserve and the extensive number of luxurious facilities on offer. I look forward to next year when we open the doors to the Thyme Clubhouse and provide even more opportunities for all our homeowners to share, create and enjoy special moments in time together,” adds Mr Nichols.
